The board meeting of Port Largo Residential Property Owner’s Association was held at the home of Glenn Patton.  Present were board members:  Glenn Patton, Annette Richard and Mary Nelson.

Because we have no quorum, the unofficial meeting was called to order at 8:05 PM by Glenn Patton.

  I.   Minutes from the last regular monthly meeting held on May 8, 2003 were read by Mary Nelson and will be re-read for approval at our next scheduled meeting on September 4, 2003.

 II.   The Treasurer’s report was read by Frances Simmons and will be re-read for approval at our next scheduled meeting on September 4, 2003.

III.  HOMEOWNERS PARK

    a.   Deactivate gate cards    Glenn Patton did deactivate gate cards of members who have not paid their dues. Rick Bilberry has completed re-wiring. Glenn will call other board members for approval to have him do programming.

     b.   Complaints   We discussed complaints received from Bob Hills and Gene Gonsalves.

      c.   Security   All present agreed on two day security for our homeowners park on Friday, July 4^th and Saturday, July 5^th from 8 – 11 PM.  Glenn will call other board members for their vote before officers are called.

There being no new business, our meeting was adjourned at 8:40 PM.

Our next meeting will be held Thursday, September 4th at the home of Frances Simmons. There will be no meetings during July and August.
