The entry screen below has numerous functions built into it;
- The property query field is an inert field that provides the data to queries drop-down menu for the property number field.
- The property # field is a drop-down menu which displays the property name, property number and property state, once the property selected the property number automatically is entered into the field.
- Once the property # is entered all of the other data is automatically looked up.
- However, if data is not been entered, the user can enter the data in the appropriate fields and when entered the data will be posted to be appropriate relationship.
- The entry screen looks-up data and posts data from/to the following relations; Property, District Manager, Regional Manager, GPM, Unit, Salesperson.
Special features;
- The entry screen fields are inert (memory variables) that are more dynamic then working with actual stored data.
